Nearly 46% of students completing their professional SLP training indicated they “always wanted to” become a speech-language pathologist.
A survey was developed to investigate factors that influence choosing SLP as a profession, as well as professional levels of satisfaction.
Based on the growing need for SLP professionals, it is important that individuals continue to enter the field and become licensed providers able to meet the demands of the future.
